Monday’s Peek at a Project: Dynamic Eating Areas

Today's Peek at Project is a peek at a condo that we have had the pleasure of designing with a custom banquette dining space along with a high island with bar stools.  When it comes to Condo living things are often in open and smaller spaces than your typical Kitchen and Dining spaces found in a house.  This condo happens to be a weekend getaway for a couple who is excited to enjoy downtown Minneapolis and all the amenities it has to offer.
Since this space has an open floor plan we had to keep in mind how all things will work together not only in the kitchen and dining space but also with the living room and entry.  When you work with us here are LiLu, we will never disappoint and keep all of these things in mind so you don't have to think twice.
With three different seating options: Built in Banquette, Dining Chairs and Bar stools we found three different fabrics that are all durable for eating spaces but offer color, pattern, texture and work together in terms of scale.   Along with the fabrics, we paired together bar stools, dining chairs  and a table that support each other in terms of lines, form and finish. We can't wait to see the final installation.
