The Forgotten – Kitchen Pantry

I have to admit the perfect pantry is something I am missing in my own home. My pantry doesn't support our growing family and it causes frustration. Currently, I have four bags of powdered sugar. I keep buying more, not knowing there are several bags buried in the back of the cavernous cabinet! LiLu loves to help client's design the perfect pantry for them. The pantry should not be an after thought in a kitchen remodel and its size needs to be discussed early on. If you love to cook or have a growing family you probably need more space than you think. Remember the pantry houses the most used shelves in the entire house.
So let's do it! Imagine a pantry with a shelf for every can, jar, canister, box and bag, a place for the crock pot, a place for the fryer, the roaster, your holiday serving pieces, wine bottles, recipe books, even the dog food. Following our some pantries that inspire us!
