EXERCISE AT HOME

Did designing exercise into your home look good to you? Here are some essentials for setting up a home gym. I love my elliptical and treadmill. If you are thinking of starting home gym that's where I would start. I currently run out to pilates class but a girl can dream of a home pilates setup.
