Peek at a LiLu Project

Change is good. Especially when it means updating your interior space for the right reasons. Curb Appeal on your home may be your front lawn, your landscaping, outdoor light fixtures and the paint or colors you have chosen but what is the curb appeal when you visit an apartment building or a condominium space? The lobby! We at LiLu have had the opportunity to work on 2 lobby spaces in the same building. We are in the bidding phase of the project but take a peek at the finishes and concept drawings we have. We can't wait for them to come to life!
The first initial concept drawing showed a floating bench, a LED fireplace along with a focal wall that featured overlapping wood panels. High contrast in the finishes helped to give a modern look. Modifications always take place from the first idea but we haven't staggered too far from the original idea.
Laser cut wood vents used on large cold air returns: a great solution to an otherwise ugly, metal vent
Two contrasting vinyl wallcoverings to wrap the wall along with a pop of orange on a small brick wall for accent. Vinyl wallcoverings are durable and a must in high traffic areas.
The office finishes are subtle with a super fun patternered wallcovering to be hung on the half wall below the transaction counter.
LiLu is so excited to get the construction underway. Check back on Mondays to continue getting a sneak peak at these lobby spaces!
