Monday's Peek at a Project

Today is Monday and officially we can say that summer has gone, fall came and left and we are staring Winter straight on.  Monday's on the LiLu Blog are where we show you a small part of current projects we are working on and today I wanted to share a lower project that will help beat the winter blues.  This project is a lower level that we are desiging for two teenage girls.  The concept is to create a space that has an industrial, urban loft feel while being comfortable for teenagers to just "hang out."  Easy to maintain finishes that are durable yet cost effective are also important aspects of the space. We wanted to showcase their love of travel and music and define spaces where a large group can be together or enjoy some solo time.  Below are three floor plans and the concept board of materials.  We can't wait to show you the final result!
