Modern Lodge

We are working with a client to create their dream home on their dream lot located on a lake. This active family with four young children wanted a home that would be durable for lakeside living with a lighter, cleaner aesthetic - a "Modern Lodge" over a "Northwoods Lodge". Our approach is to design a backdrop that is rustic in form complemented by contemporary cabinetry and millwork, and a traditional color palette combining painted finishes with wood stains. Here is a peek at some of the furniture frames we are looking at for their Modern Lodge Great Room.
