We enjoy collaborating on architecturally designed new construction homes from the beginning of the project when we can help oversee the vision from the early conceptual stage through the details and the final installation. The final installation is just the beginning! This is when every carefully thought-out detail becomes a home. It is our role as interior designers to ensure every detail works in harmony to create finished, functional, supportive, unique and beautiful spaces that support every aspect of our clients lives. From the very beginning stages it is important to define our clients goals and understand their unique lifestyle so as interior designers we can enhance the architecture, build on their vision and create functional spaces. The big stuff, and the tiny details. The kitchen layout, and and pantry storage. The lighting design and the type of bulb. We are currently working on a timber-frame house in Lutsen, Minnesota. We are incorporating a lot of the client's existing furnishings and art, including their dining table and chairs. Here is a sneak peek of some of the design decisions we have made so far.
