LiLu’s Heirlooms part 1

In anticipation of our upcoming event, Family Ties, this week's blog will be all about the heirlooms that we at LiLu cherish. We want to show off the things that have significance to us and how we have incorporated them into our homes. On Saturday, we will be showing you how you can do this with your own treasured objects, 10-1 pm in our studio at International Market Square.
LuAnne's Heirloom Story...
This chair was given to me by a dear friend who was preemptively and thoughtfully finding homes for her things as she knew she would be downsizing one day. Right now it is displayed in the corner of my dining room. It's not in any shape to sit on, but I plan on reupholstering it one day. I don't know the chair's history, but when I see it in my dining room, it reminds me of my friend and always makes me smile.
