Intentional Living with Faith, Hope, Love & Luck

Sometimes we all get a little used to the way things are. You might say we settle for the way things are. And then one day you get a fire lit under you and you change it! Here's a peek at a recent update in one of LiLu Interiors own designer's homes.
We just installed this light fixture in Lisa’s living room. The room had always been under lit, which was inconvenient for favored activities like knitting.
In addition to all that function is the fun shape of the shade. It’s a quatrefoil. Quatrefoil means “four leaves.” It is a traditional motif used in historical architecture. And it is reminiscent of the four leaf clover. The leaves of four-leaf clovers are said to stand for faith, hope, love, and luck. That’s a pretty beautiful symbol to have in your home.
