“Hang Loose”

By Christina Winter, Allied Member ASID

Is there a better way to see the Big Island then to hang from a carabiner hundreds of feet above the ground?  Simply Put...No!  Zip Lining was an adventure and since the atmosphere and scenery was the island of Hawaii I don't believe it can ever be topped.    Not only did we get to see beautiful waterfalls in the rain forest, take in the sites and sounds, get up to speeds of 50 mph but we also got to wear really cool helmets...see below.   It was a four hour excursion and well worth the money.  Our tour guides for the afternoon who were native to the Island were the best that you could find.  Throughout the afternoon we learned more about the Island and why it really is one of the most amazing places in the world.

So get ready cause we are zippin'
