Fresh, Glitz, and Cozy: The Master Suite Edition

Fresh, Glitz, and Cozy along with restful and modern danish we the words our client used to describe the master suite they envisioned for themselves.  We gave  you a sneak peek a few weeks back for their Living and Dining Room Refresh.  You can find that here.

All about the floor plan

The first thing we start with for our clients is finalizing a floor plan.  This master bedroom was a large, open rectangle that was in need of having spaces defined.  We gave the client four different options for how to lay out the space incorporating different ways to include all of their needs and wants.
The floor plan they chose has these key points:

• Bedroom with bathroom attached
• Large walk in closet with customized storage
• a king size bed with large nightstands
• place for television
• seating area for reading and watching television

Furniture Selections

Next up the were furniture selections for the client to help bring in a little modern danish characteristics along with practical uses.  Tufting and gentle curves were some of the clients favorite things. We love to mix and match styles to help create an eclectic mix for clients.  This master bedroom suite is off to a smashing start and we are counting down the days until we can share the final product with you!
