From Spare Bedroom to Cozy, Pleasant Den: Peek at Project with LiLu Interiors
From Spare Bedroom to Cozy, Pleasant Den this is a sneak peek into one of our latest decorating projects for a client who needed a space to be re-thought from it's original purpose. During this time of quarantine and our stay-at-home orders, you have likely had to re-think some spaces in your home. Whether it is to make an additional working space for you or a study space for children, but it could also be that you are finding yourself needing additional space to allow more solo-free time or relaxation such as watching television, reading a book, or doing a craft. As we are spending more time at home you may have found that the after many consecutive days together, people have different needs than perhaps they had before.
Today's peek at a project is just that. The project took place before we began our quarantine journey but the essence behind they why is similar to why they wanted to transform an unused bedroom into an additional den space for more options for people to spend their time. With an already busy household and having their mother move in, they found themselves needing to re-think their space.
Take a look at a how we made a simple bedroom a cozy, pleasant space where anywhere from 1-5 people can watch a movie together, be on the computer, read a book, do a puzzle, catch up with family and friends on technology or just take some alone time.
We are excited for this transformation and love when we are asked to think out of the box! What spaces have you had to transform or are wanting to change up? No matter how big or small, we love to take on any project to help you live out the intention you set forth in life!
