Designing an Outdoor Getaway Space at Home: Peek at Project with LiLu Interiors

Designing an Outdoor Getaway at Home

With more of us spending time at home with our families or small gatherings it has caused many people to pause and reflect on how they can take existing outdoor spaces and design an outdoor getaway at home where one can escape and relax as if they were on vacation.  The reality of a pool is not one that each of us have with a cabana or large open space but what we do have is creative problem solving from us and access to amazing furniture styles that will make any space feel like you are on vacation.
This is a sneak peek at a small condo balcony that we designed for an existing, long time client.  The concept for her home had been defined years ago when we designed her condo.  You can take a peek here.  Who would guess that we designed this over six years ago and it looks as fresh and current as today.  We took the elements of worldly, traveler, fresh, and acquired and brought them alive in the furnishings, accessories and fabrics.

Fresh, Worldly, Acquired

Here are some images of our clients existing space.

Outdoor Balcony Furniture, Accessories and Fabric Options

Here are six different ways that we showed our client she could outfit her balcony.  Stay tuned for the final result in a couple weeks as we install or as always, follow us at LiLuMpls on Instagram to catch peeks of the process and install.
