Condo Story

We recently had the privilege of designing a small condo a client intends to use as a pied et terre here in Minneapolis. Their primary residence is in Nevada and we had worked with them on two previous projects. From an open studio with two small closets and a definite cold and institutional feel we created a welcoming, storage laden space to entertain and live.
