Beauty In All Things

By Lisa Peck, ASID
I once had a design professor tell me that it was her philosophy that everything in a home should be both useful and beautiful. Not a bad philosophy to adhere to. The use might be that  it makes you smile. If we all had things that were only beautiful and  useful I believe there would be less waste in the world. Our homes would be organized and pleasant and support our souls. With this philosophy in mind on the LiLu Interiors blog this week will feature each day a household good that fits this rule.

These beautiful little push pins that look like new sprigs of grass are ideal for using on a vision board. Representing the birth of a new idea.  Find them at Japanese Modern Design.
