A Question of Quality

By Emily Anderson, Allied Member ASID
The designers at LiLu Interiors are passionate about educating our clients on the ins and outs of interiors. This week I’m focusing on the question of quality.  Sometimes we are asked,  “Why does that cost so much?” I hope to answer that question by highlighting four aspects of quality furniture.
Our world is changing and growing at a feverish pace and the world of furnishings is no different. As furniture from around the globe becomes more accessible, it is becoming more difficult to discern the quality of a piece, sight unseen. This is where working with an experienced designer becomes an important investment.  It is our job to lead you in making the right decisions for your needs, your home and your budget.
This week I will be featuring furniture from the showrooms of International Market Square.  I have zeroed in on four criteria that help define a quality piece of furniture.
