Monday’s Peek at a Project

Northwestern NC is getting pounded by our first blast of winter. As I type this, several inches of snow are falling outside my window. Thankfully, working on this Florida outdoor space has been a pleasant distraction from the realities of a cold climate! This repeat client wanted us to create a large lounge area around her outdoor kitchen with television. And create an adjacent dining area close to the kitchen and pool. Her husband selected a bright cobalt tile for their outdoor kitchen backsplash which became the inspiration for this color palette.
Winter blues have become gorgeous summer hues. We paired some retail finds with these custom fabrics and Kinglsey Bate table and chairs creating a boutique look. Blues are always are on-trend in fashion and design and have a soothing effect in hot climates.
